Streetsboro Stadium

As part of the overall new high school project, FMD also developed a new stadium for the School District. Work was completed in two phases: Phase 1 focused on stadium construction while Phase 2 focused on a new 7,776-square-foot field house located behind the home bleachers and adjacent to the main stadium entry. This positioning facilitates access from the new high school, directs public circulation and helps the field house act as a portion of the stadium perimeter. Stadium features include:

  • New turf field
  • Synthetic track
  • 2,100 seats in home and visitor bleachers
  • A press box
  • Video scoreboard

The field house and Phase 2 construction include:

  • Home and visitor locker rooms
  • Offices
  • Storage space
  • Concessions
  • An equipment storage building
  • Stadium parking
  • Baseball and softball fields

"We were very pleased with having FMD Architects by our side. From the beginning of the project, the staff at FMD was very attentive to the needs of the community and district, and the designs accurately represented the wishes of the school and the community. FMD proved to be great problem solvers and team players, and they were very responsive which is critical with a project of this size. I am confident that we have facilities this community will be proud of for years to come."
