These 2,565 SF offices were located on the 4th floor and then relocated to the 7th floor of the same building, for approximately 20 employees. Renovations included an elevator lobby renovation. A Reception desk to control visitor’s access to the office space. Central open office with workstations, closed offices and a large conference room. The Conference Room was designed with networking abilities for internal/external conferencing. A reproduction area with copier, office supply storage, work surface, plotter and paper storage, file storage and shelving designed for functionality and flexible circulation. Kitchenette facilities equipped with electrical and plumbing for all the amenities for the space. An ADA accessible restroom and shower enclosure. A renovated existing (non-accessible) bathroom and provide new access from the Office Space. The server closet/telephone closet was ventilated. In addition, updated plumbing, mechanical and electrical services as required for new office layout. This relocation/renovation created a functional office environment for the HR Gray Akron office space.
