The advisor suite occupies approximately 1250 SF and consists of (5) advisor offices, a reception/waiting area and file storage. The project reduces the SF in existing Mechanical Engineering office, complete renovation of Mechanical Engineering office required (approximately 650 Sf). The renovated Mechanical Engineering office space required (3) offices, file/copier space, reception desk, and dedicated waiting area. The project includes renovation of the existing department of Mechanical Engineering conference room (approximately 600 SF). Conference Room 105 located on the first-floor lobby.

BENEFIT/VALUE TO CLIENT

FMD Architects coordinated meetings to have in-depth discussions with the users of the final spaces. These were highly valuable to finalize items and bring up questions that the users did not originally think of for the project. The time spent with the staff provided them the reassurance that we were listening and responding to their needs for the project.

RESULTS ACCOMPLISHED

The project recently completed construction, with the project coming 10% under budget.
