WHAT WE DID

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
While this project consisted of many smaller projects, the main focus was moving the dance program back onto campus from its previous location in an old church, and by doing so, connecting the fine arts programs.

THE CHALLENGE
Flexibility of the space was mandatory. The on-campus space required immediate adjacencies to similar uses and performance center. There was complexity of design with different consultant’s national and international services included programming, design and construction documents for architectural.

THE SOLUTION
We renovated interior spaces and provided a new addition that included a new entry. The spaces developed are flexible, dramatic and engaging. They foster collaboration and creativity. We coordinated with MEP engineering, as consultants were selected by Owner. Project completed with the CM as Agent delivery model, and completed on time.
