University of Akron Guzzetta Hall

The goal was to move the university’s dance program back onto campus, as it had been located for years in a former church building connected to the fine arts performing center. This project created space in closer proximity to similar uses and performance areas. The complex design required consultations with national and international entities, and services included programming, design and construction documents for architecture. Coordination of MEP engineering, as consultants were selected by Owner. The project was completed on time with the CM Agent as delivery model.
