New Barberton MS (5-8): OFCC-CFAP, $27.3M, 153,600 SF. This new 2-story facility for 1,400 students is located on an urban site, which required the demolition of existing buildings and soil stabilization. The media center is located on the second floor above the administrative area and benefits from natural daylight from the north and south. Multiple Prime with CM as Agent delivery method.The new facility has:
