Streetsboro MS Demolition & Addition & Renovation
This former High School consists of 48,953 SF of renovation with 25,329 SF addition. Before the new additions could be constructed, 27,960 SF of the existing building had to be demolished. Project scope includes a complete renovation of the existing facilities, including all major systems, technology, security and handicap accessibility. New site circulation and traffic patterns were included in the site work. Strategic placement of new additions on the front facade created a completely new look and feel to the building.
